Staff Reporter : New Town, 11th September 2024- SPK Jain Futuristic Academy proudly celebrated Hindi Diwas , marking a day of cultural pride and recognition of the Hindi language. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests like renowned Author and Professor, Dr. Tara Duggad. Special guest, Hon’ Secretary Mr. Jaideep Patwa, Dr. Jayeeta Ganguly, Principal of SPK Jain Futuristic Academy and Members of the Jain Sabha were also present.

In her address, the Principal of the school, Dr. Jayeeta Ganguly, highlighted the importance of language in human development, expressing concern over the decline of language in the modern era. Her words resonated with the audience, emphasizing the need to preserve and cherish our linguistic heritage.

The students of SPK Jain Futuristic Academy actively participated in the event, bringing to life the history and development of the Hindi language through enthusiastic performances. The day featured various colorful programs, including poetry recitations, couplets, songs, and dance performances. A powerful rendition of the poem “Suno Draupadi Shastra Utha Lo,” composed by Shri Pushyamitra Upadhyay, inspired thoughts of women’s empowerment.

The program also included a dance performance titled ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara,’ conveying a strong message of unity and national integrity. One of the key highlights was the play based on Shri Premchand Ji’s iconic story, Idgah, which was performed with great emotion and brought the narrative to life on stage.

The younger students, from the pre-primary and primary sections, also contributed with their delightful presentation of the dance ‘Varnamala Geetham,’ blending education with entertainment to celebrate the beauty of the Hindi alphabet.
